The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 6,                                  
2005, calendar (page 1675), was read the third time:

    16(TRA)                                                                                         
    "An Act relating to the powers and duties of the Department of                                  
    Transportation and Public Facilities; repealing the requirement for                             
    a long-range program for highway construction and maintenance;                                  
    and repealing a requirement that public facilities comply with                                  
    energy standards adopted by the Department of Transportation                                    
    and Public Facilities; and providing for an effective date."                                    
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSSSSB 16(TRA) pass the House?"  The

Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote                                 
on CSSSSB 16(TRA).
